How does the customization process work?

Once you place your order, you can provide the name, date, or message you want engraved. For custom designs, you can upload your file or describe your idea. We’ll confirm the details before production to make sure everything is correct.

Can I request my own design or logo?

Yes! We accept custom designs, including logos, handwriting, and special requests. If you're unsure, we can also help refine your idea to make it engraving-ready.

How long does it take to complete my order?

Standard orders: 2–4 days. Custom/bulk orders: 3–7 days. We’ll always inform you if there are any delays, especially during peak seasons.

Do you accept rush orders?

We do, depending on availability. Message us first before placing your order so we can confirm if we can meet your deadline.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash and bank transfer.

How do I get my plaque, and how much is delivery?

After you submit your order, we’ll confirm the delivery option and cost with you directly. We ship by courier within the Philippines, and local pickup or meet-up around Maniki, Kapalong, and Davao del Norte is also available. Delivery fees depend on your location and the courier.

What if the engraving isn’t right?

We confirm your photo and text with you before production to avoid mistakes. If a finished piece arrives damaged or doesn’t match what we approved, just message us with a photo and we’ll make it right with a repair or remake.
